EC300
The Model EC300 is a microprocessor controlled unit designed for automatic starting and control of industrial engines. It provides programmable annunciation, extensive data buffering and full remote control via modem and telepone lines. Modular construction allows the EC300 to be configured to suit a wide range of applications. A special analoge module provides AC metering and monitoring for generator sets.

EASY TO USE
- Simple keypad provides access to all controller functions
- Analogue channel and all time delay setpoints are entered digitally from the keypad, eliminating all potentiometers from the system. This simplifies the operation of the unit and increases the system reliability and durability.
- Forty character liquid crystal display provides status and system information at a glance.

- Voltage and frequency sensors are provided

Voltage sensors: 0.1% 1 count

- Easily configured to suit a wide variety of applications
- Frequency sensing can be high range, low range or both
- Accepts external switches that open or close on fault
- Analogue channels incorporate unique scaling system allowing cutomer to calibrate each channel individually
- Voltage and frequency sensors allow inverse time response OR fixed hysteresis

- Modular construction makes the Model EC300 suitable for a wide range of applications
- Minimum configuration is 8 Digital Input (switch), 8 Digital Output (relay) and 2 Frequency
- Module increments are 32 DI, 16 DO, 8DI/8DO and 8 Analogue
- Maximum configuration is 144 DI, 48 DO, 2 Frequency and 56 Analogue

CHANGE OF STATE BUFFERS
- A large buffer records change of state for all switches, analogue limits, annunciators, totalizers and relays for remote capture
- Automatic callouts to a base computer can be generated as the buffer is filled
DATA BUFFERS
- All analogue channel values are stored in a circular data buffer for remote capture
- Storage interval is programmable
REMOTE DATA ACQUISITION
- Equipped with RS-422 serial port
- Equipped with RS-232C serial port
- RS-232C port provides full modem control using Hayes AT command set
- Ideal for applications requiring remote data acquisition
- Can be programmed to initiate phone call on occurence of specific events
- Able to communicate with DOS based personal computer either locally or remotely via modem over conventional telephone lines
- Internal data buffers store data at specific intervals, allowing a chronological record of controller operation to be downloaded via the serial port
- Capable of transmitting live data
POWER SUPPLY
- Power can be 12 VDC or 24 VDC nominal
- Power to the controller is supplied via the PM-POW module
PANEL CONSTRUCTION
- The Model EC300 front panel is brushed, stainless steel. The cover panel is iridited aluminum.
- Each panel is 7″W x 7″H x 1.5″D.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
